Role & Responsibilities

• Counsel patients and accompanying family members on the benefits and process of IVF treatment
• Provide financial counselling regarding treatment plans and IVF packages
• Maintain and manage patient data/records related to IVF procedures such as IUI, ICSI, OD/ED
• Monitor reporting and quality benchmarks at the center and clinic
• Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and protocols
• Drive patient conversion for various IVF packages
• Explain treatment-related consents clearly to patients
• Supervise and manage Counsellors and Tele-sales staff under the Financial Wing.
