Job Title: Finance Controller

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (Mandatory)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Finance Controller who can not only manage financial reporting and compliance but also design, implement, and strengthen finance processes and internal controls across a high-volume, multi-country business environment.

This role requires a strong corporate professional capable of building scalable finance systems, driving governance, and leading a high-performing team.

Candidate Profile

• Chartered Accountant with strong corporate exposure in manufacturing companies
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in creating or revamping finance processes and control frameworks
• Experience handling high transaction volume businesses
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, audits, and ratio analysis
• Exposure to ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics or similar)
• Smart, confident, and strong stakeholder management skills
