About the Role

We at RK Group are looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead our core finance functions across multiple group entities. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role that works closely with the CFO and senior leadership to drive compliance, reporting, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Direct Tax computation, filings, assessments & notices

Oversee GST compliance reconciliations, ITC controls & audits

Lead Statutory, Tax & Internal Audits end to end

Drive Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Financial Closures

Prepare MIS, Variance Analysis & Management Reports

Handle Multi-Entity Accounting, Intercompany & Consolidation

Strengthen Internal Controls, SOPs & Governance Frameworks

Who We Are Looking For

CA Qualified 2012 to 2016 Batch Only

812 years of relevant experience

Strong hands-on expertise in Direct Tax, GST & Statutory Audits

Experience in promoter-led / multi-entity organizations preferred

ERP exposure SAP / Tally / D365 or similar
