Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end Record to Report (R2R) operations
- Banking operations and relationship management
- COD (Cash on Delivery) cash management and controls
- Drive finance automation and process improvements
- Cash flow forecasting and working capital management
- Financial reporting, MIS, planning & analysis
Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Strong hands-on R2R experience
- Pune-based or willing to relocate
- Curious, agile, and ready to take on challenges
