Qualifications & Experience

Chartered Accountant
Minimum of 2-3 Years of experience in any of the previous Organization(s) at the same level or at one position junior
Analytical Skills
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Team Handling Skills
Proven ability to effectively and efficiently work within a matrix organization
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Role Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts in compliance with accounting standards and university policies
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Monitor financial performance and provide insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
Manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for university operations.
Ensuring Internal controls & compliance
Coordinate budget vs Actuals
