Mediversal Healthcare is looking to onboard a Financial Controller (Chartered Accountant) to strengthen our finance leadership as we scale across multiple healthcare units.

Role: Financial Controller (CA)

Experience: 25 years

Location: Patna (with exposure across group hospitals and healthcare units)

Industry Preference: Healthcare / Hospital sector (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end financial control, accounting, and statutory compliance for hospital operations
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for multi-unit healthcare facilities
• Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, audits, and regulatory requirements
• Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial governance frameworks
• Support management with MIS, financial dashboards, and decision-support analysis
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, bankers, and internal stakeholders
• Work closely with operations and leadership teams to improve cost efficiency and profitability

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 25 years of post-qualification experience
• Prior experience in hospitals, healthcare, diagnostics, or healthcare services is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of hospital finance, revenue cycles, and cost structures
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments
