Plant Finance Controller

Location: Manufacturing Plant - Gurgoan

Experience: 1216 Years in Manufacturing Finance

Qualification: CA / CMA / MBA Finance preferred

Budget - 15-16Lac PA

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Control & Plant Accounting

• Oversee complete plant financial operations including accounting, cost control, and reporting.
• Ensure accurate monthly closing of books and reconciliation of plant accounts.
• Monitor plant expenses, overheads, and cost allocations.
• Maintain compliance with company financial policies and procedures.

2. Costing & Cost Analysis

• Responsible for product costing, BOM validation, and variance analysis.
• Monitor standard cost vs actual cost and identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives in coordination with production and purchase teams.
• Prepare profitability analysis by product line and customer.

3. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Prepare annual plant budget and financial forecasts.
• Track budget vs actual performance and highlight deviations.
• Support management in financial planning and strategic decision making.
• Monitor capex budgets and investment analysis.

4. MIS & Management Reporting

• Prepare monthly MIS reports covering production cost, profitability, and plant KPIs.
• Provide financial dashboards to management for operational decision making.
• Analyze inventory, working capital, and plant productivity metrics.
• Present financial insights to Plant Head and Corporate Finance Team.

5. Statutory Audit

• Coordinate with external auditors for statutory audit.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare audit schedules and respond to audit observations.

6. Internal Audit & Compliance

• Implement internal financial controls across plant operations.
• Coordinate with internal audit teams and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
• Ensure compliance with taxation, GST, and regulatory requirements.
