Position: - Financial Consultant

Experience: - 3+Years

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize financial models (DCF, scenario analysis, project structuring) for urban and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare reports/presentations to support client decision-making.
• Evaluate project financing structures (PPP, BOT, blended finance, private equity, institutional investment).
• Assess the financial performance of assets, zones, or development phases within larger urban and infrastructure programs.
• Provide strategic recommendations on investment, development, and financing options.
• Ensure compliance with internal quality assurance and control standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Strong academic background in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; postgraduate qualification (MBA/MSc) is an advantage.
• 3+ years experience in financial analysis, economic advisory, project finance, or infrastructure consulting.
• Strong expertise in Excel-based financial modelling and DCF analysis.
• Experience working on urban development and infrastructure financing projects (e.g., transport, real estate, utilities, social infrastructure).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
