Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida for a Financial Assistant at E-Factor Experiences Ltd. The Financial Assistant will be responsible for performing a variety of financial and administrative tasks, banking, cash flow management, including managing invoicing processes, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, and providing support with budgeting or financial analysis. Additionally, the role involves dealing with government tenders & maintaining clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless financial operations.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Finance and Accounting principles to manage financial records, reporting, and compliance
• Experience of having worked on budget preparation / cash flow management / MIS
• Proficiency in Invoicing and experience with financial tools or software is preferred
• Exceptional Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide meaningful insights - "Forecasting"
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial management tools
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Prior experience in event management finance or accounting is an added advantage
