About the role

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Analyst with 15 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, and data analytics.
• This role will support business decision-making through high-quality reporting, dashboarding, budgeting support, and actionable financial insights.

As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for...

• Preparing and delivering periodic business and financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc).
• Developing, maintaining, and enhancing dashboards to track key financial and operational KPIs
• Conducting variance, trend, and performance analysis to identify risks and opportunities.
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
• Partnering with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver data-driven insights Assist in financial analysis and presentations for senior management and leadership reviews.
• Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and governance of financial data and reports.
• Driving automation and continuous improvement of reporting and analytics processes.

What you already have...

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong foundation in financial analysis, reporting, and business metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; hands-on experience in data analytics.
• Working knowledge of dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of P&L, cost structures, financial statements, and key KPIs Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into clear business recommendations.
• High attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset.
• Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines .

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA in Finance
• Experience handling large datasets in structured reporting environments
• Proven experience in building automated reports and dashboards
• Exposure to ERP or financial systems is an added advantage
