Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

- Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and longterm planning processes.

- Conduct budget vs actuals analysis, including explanations for key variances and recommendations for improvement.

- Prepare accurate financial projections, scenario modelling, and sensitivity analyses.


Business Finance & Decision Support:

- Partner closely with business teams to translate financial insights into actionable recommendations.

- Provide datadriven guidance to support pricing, investments, cost optimization, and business strategy.

- Evaluate business performance using KPIs and develop dashboards for leadership review.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports, business reviews, and Board-level presentations.

- Perform deep-dive market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Develop and maintain financial models that support operational and strategic initiatives.


Banking & External Coordination:

- Manage and maintain banking relationships and support bank-related financial activities.

- Coordinate with external stakeholders as required for finance operations.


Process Excellence & Controls:

- Enhance financial processes, controls, and reporting frameworks.

- Drive automation and improve accuracy and consistency in FP&A deliverables.


Must-Have Skills & Competencies

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 68 years of relevant experience.

- Strong expertise in variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analytics.

- Solid understanding of business finance acumen and P&L drivers.

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

- Experience in managing bank connections and treasury-related processes.

- Highly detail oriented, structured, and process driven.

- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Attributes

- Experience in high-growth environments or dynamic business setups.

- Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) or ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is a plus.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
