Location: Saki Naka, Mumbai (In-Office)

Experience: CFA (with strong internship experience) or CA with 2-3 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

Head and manage the Finance function end to end for the organization

Oversee daily financial operations including accounting, compliance, and controls

Prepare and manage financial statements, MIS reports, budgets, and cash flow forecast and financial models.

Drive financial planning, cost optimization, and profitability strategies

Work extensively on Excel & Google Sheets for analysis, tracking, and reporting & tally for financial data

Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external stakeholders

Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and related filings

Support leadership with data-driven insights for strategic decision-making

Eligibility:

Qualified Chartered Accountant with strong articleship experience OR CA-Finalist with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience

Excellent academic background with strong fundamentals in finance & accounting

Advanced proficiency in Excel & Google Sheets (mandatory)

Understanding & fundamentals of tally are a must

Prior experience in startups, FMCG, D2C, or manufacturing setups is a plus

Highly detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving environment

Based out of Mumbai or ready to relocate to Mumbai
