Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive O2C Analyst / Senior Analyst to manage end-to-end Order to Cash processes. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate order processing, timely invoicing, efficient collections, and smooth cash application while maintaining strong process controls and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) processes including order management, billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, invoices, and payments.
• Monitor accounts receivable, follow up on outstanding balances, and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with sales, customer service, and other finance teams to resolve customer queries.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and MIS related to O2C performance metrics.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and SLA requirements.
• Support audits and provide required documentation and explanations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of Order to Cash processes from order management to cash application.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, or similar.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, dashboards, and financial analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG and/or GCC environments.
• Exposure to process transitions, automation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
