Job Description:

Job Family Definition:

Gathers financial data and performs financial analyses and reporting (e.g., profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow etc.) to influence decisions within the business and to drive cross-business initiatives. Drives the forecasting process (Tax quarterly submissions) by analyzing trends within the businesses and ensuring alignment with business- and corporate-wide objectives. Communicates and drives adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the organization's financial goals and policies. Has the fiduciary responsibility to represent financial results correctly both internally and externally. Ensures strong business controls.

Management Level Definition:

Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. Exercises independent judgment to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations.

What you'll do:

Responsibilities:

• TDS (monthly remittance, quarterly returns & annual returns), TDS Rationalization
• Reviewing Prepaid expenses schedules and preparation of schedule for Stat Audit
• Reviewing Prepaid deposits schedules and preparation of schedule for Stat Audit including IND-AS adjustment workings.
• GST schedule preparation for Stat Audit, following up for reconciliation entries are posted / actions to be taken by stakeholders
• Preparation of P&L schedules for Audit
• Preparation of Fixed assets register, CWIP, Provisions for ARO, Capital Commitment Workings
• Leases including prepaid adjustment
• Un-hedged Foreign Currency Exposure/ Due Diligence Certificate for RBI compliance.
• Support Tax audit preparation for clauses 18, 21, 34, 35 and 41.
• ITC Reconciliation for GST Audit under clause 44
• Forex Rationalization for Stat Audit
• RBI reportings & Companies Act reporting related support
• Supports RPA Initiatives
• Supports policy and process improvement and identifies opportunities.
• Identifies issues and proposes solutions.
• Represents finance on cross- functional teams.

What you need to bring:

Education and Experience Required:

• First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) preferred.
• Typically, 4+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
• Typically experienced in more than one finance function.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
