Key Responsibilities

• Financial analysis and valuation for IPO, private equity, and debt mandates
• Building andmaintainingfinancial models, projections, and sensitivity analyses
• Industry research, market analysis, and peer benchmarking
• Supporting pitch decks, information memorandums, and transaction execution
• Assistingin deal structuring and fund-raise analysis
• Developing andmaintainingSOPs for financial analysis and internal processes
• Supporting internal strategy and ad-hoc analytical assignments, including AIF-related work

Requirements:

• Qualified CA
• 1-3years experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
• Strong skills in Excel, financial modelling.
• Analytical mindset, accuracy, and business acumen.
