Role summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate/Professional to join the Group Finance Team
for our client based out of Ireland and gain broad exposure across a multinational
environment and diverse business segments. The role focuses on supporting and improving
the group financial reporting process while delivering performance insights to the business.
Key responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of monthly management reporting packs
Support the group consolidation and technical financial reporting processes (e.g., IFRS
16, cash reporting)
Support the group finance team to post journals in SAP
Contribute to the roll out of new reporting processes and tools
Analyse group financial results and translate findings into actionable insights
Participate in the group budgeting and forecasting cycles
Prepare materials for Board reporting and presentations
Collaboration & Exposure
Work closely with local finance teams
Collaborate across Group Finance functions including Financial Reporting, FP&A,
Treasury, Tax, CFO, and Group Finance Director
Ideal candidate profile:
- Minimum of 7-9 years of relevant experience.
- Preferably a CA or Finance Professional with similar experience.
- Ready to work in Ahmedabad during UK time zone.
- Hands on experiencein financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting and managementreporting
- Knowledge of IFRS (Must)
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Worked with senior leadership
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end processes, including planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Education & Background:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
Technical Skills
Strong Excel skills
Willingness to learn about data warehouses, EPM systems, and SAP
Soft Skills
Clear and concise communicator (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Eager to learn and improve existing processes
Hardworking with a drive to succeed
Strong relationship-building and business partnering capabilities
