V Rao & Gopi Chartered Accountants (VRG) is looking to hire a Senior CFO Reporting & Financial Analysis to lead our Hyderabad team and manage high-level financial reporting deliverables for our clients.

Role Overview: This is a senior-level role responsible for CFO-level financial reporting, team leadership, and client-facing deliverables. The role requires strong analytical expertise, people management capability, and the ability to drive quality, accuracy, and consistency in financial reporting.

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Mode: Work From Office (client meetings as required)

Indicative Pay: 50,000 55,000 per month

Eligibility / Qualification:

• MBA (Finance / Business Analytics / related specialization) from a reputed institution.
• Mandatory experience in preparing and reviewing CFO-level financial reports.
• Mandatory experience in handling and leading teams.
• Non-CA candidates only.
• Hyderabad-based candidates only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and oversee CFO-level reports, MIS, and financial analysis.
• Lead and guide the Hyderabad financial analyst team, ensuring smooth coordination.
• Support the team in resolving reporting issues and operational challenges.
• Review reports prepared by analysts and ensure accuracy and presentation quality.
• Present financial reports and insights to clients and address their queries.
• Drive continuous improvement by introducing better reporting structures and ideas.

Experience & Skills:

• Strong experience in financial reporting, MIS, and analysis.
• Proven ability to lead teams calmly and effectively, resolve issues, and maintain harmony.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to think analytically, bring innovative solutions, and improve processes.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and taking ownership of deliverables.
• Looking for a long-term role and stability in Hyderabad.
