Financial Analyst

Experience: 3-6 Years

Job Description:

Requirements:

Develop annual budgets and long-term financial plan

Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports and dashboards for leadership

Analyze variances between actuals and budgets/forecasts

Conduct cost-benefit analysis and margin analysis

Support M&A evaluation and integration (if applicable)

Build and maintain financial models to track efficiency and profitability

Monitor cash flow and working capital requirements

Utilize tools like Excel, Power BI, etc.

Drive process automation for budgeting and reporting

Qualifications and Skills:

Required a qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA in Finance

Accounting Experience on Xero Software.

Strong Financial analysis and strategic thinking skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organization and time management ability
