Functional Role (Job Description)

This role reports to the Head of FP&A and is expected to lead on consolidation and analysis of results for the combined 3 businesses (3 different entities) as we report as a single business from FY25

• 10-12 Years (Demonstrable experience of financial accounting and analysis in a Global Matrix environment, preferably IT or services industry experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Each month consolidating the numbers of all 3 businesses for managerial reporting purposes.  This will involve analyzing the numbers by industry vertical and Global Practice for revenue and margin plus a combined view of SG&A.
• Each month taking the lead in preparing a slide deck which details the key financial and non-financial KPI’s for the combined business (initially 3 businesses but then over time moving to 2 and then potentially 1).  Reviews this with the CFO each month.
• Prepares slides for the ELT and the LT where the CFO presents financials for the businesses.
• Support the Finance team and business as over time we migrate from 3 Financial systems and processes to 1.
• Has experience of financial integration or has a willing to learn
• Ad hoc financial analysis as required.
• Provide audit back up and support for local and group audit as required.
• Provide support and cover for other members of Finance Team when required.
• Ensure the business operates within the financial controls and procedures set by the NTT DATA Group.

Ad-hoc tasks/other projects as required.

Essential Knowledge and Analytical Skills

SAP/Advances Excel Skills/Outlook/Power BI knowledge desirable

Strong finance system skills: advanced Excel skills and a good knowledge of using SAP (ideally SAP S/4 Hana) is a key requirement for this role. Strong PowerBI and ideally DAX knowledge

Excellent communication (Written and verbal) & relationship building skills.  Strong English skills (written and oral).
