The ideal candidate is responsible for the coordination and execution of account reconciliations, budget compilation, and back-up to the accounts payable function.

Responsibilities

• Review of Donor reports, Fund Utilization Reports, 80G Certificates and CSR receipts
• Person should have good understanding about CSR compliances, donor reporting
• Statutory Compliance under Direct Tax Laws, Indirect Tax Laws & Trust act
• Balance sheet finalization as per Indian accounting system and Trust act
• Budgetary controls and Cash flow management
• MIS to top management
• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Contract management
• Coordinating with Banking personal for banking requirement
• Audit planning, liasoning & coordination with Auditors
• Coordinating with Operations team at regular intervals for synergy amongst departments
• Ensuring compliance to DOP

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting
• 3+ years' accounting experience

Other: This position will be responsible for all activities pertaining to Finance & Accounts of IIS.

Should be well versed with F&A operations and must have experience in Trust/NGO set up.
