Salary: 15,000 17,000 In-hand per month

are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive (Fresher) to join our finance team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or final-year students who want to start their career in accounts payable, procurement support, and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing Purchase Requisition Forms (PRFs) and generating Purchase Orders (POs) in Sage 300 accounting system.
• Support invoice verification by matching invoices with POs and delivery/work completion documents.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of invoices for accounting entries.
• Maintain Excel trackers for monitoring PO status and invoice processing.
• Follow up with vendors for pending invoices or documents.
• Assist in resolving basic invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
• Support the finance team with day-to-day accounts payable and procurement-related tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
• Experience: Fresher or final-year student
• Basic knowledge of accounting concepts and finance processes
• Good Excel skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and coordination skills
