Finance Support

Your role:
As a Finance Support in the Finance team of Philips Capital, you are responsible for:

• Delivery Order Tracking issued by 3rd party financers (Volume of Euro 45 to 50m).

• Timely submission of documents (Invoices, Margin Money & POD's/IR) to financer for recovery/disbursement.

• Off Book Incoming payment to be tracked through Citi Bank reports and coordination with Credit and Collection team.

• Delivery overdue tracker.

• Channel Financing - Collecting Reports from different Banks and circulated reports to all stakeholders.

• Generating invoices as per GST obligations for Finance Leases transactions.

• On Book Collection Entries, Customer reconciliation and Coordination with GBS.

As a controller in the Finance team of Philips Capital, you are responsible for:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

• A structured way of working, attention to detail, with a good understanding of accounting.

• Able to work with others in an international cross-cultural environment with good communication skills (oral and written).

• Financial and/or accounting degree (Master’s/MBA Finance)

• Working knowledge of SAP and preferably Salesforce.

• Proficient English language skills
