Finance Specialist

Finance Strategy & Transformation

• Lead end-to-end finance transformation programs across Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and FP&A
• Design future-state finance operating models and transformation roadmaps
• Identify efficiency, automation, and cost-optimization opportunities

Process Excellence

• Re-engineer finance processes using Lean, Six Sigma, or best-practice frameworks
• Standardize and streamline finance operations across business units
• Improve close cycles, working capital, and financial controls

Digital & Systems Enablement

• Partner with IT and vendors on ERP implementations and upgrades (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
• Drive automation initiatives using RPA, analytics, and AI tools
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and reporting excellence

Governance & Compliance

• Strengthen internal controls, SOX compliance, audit readiness, and risk management
• Support regulatory compliance and statutory reporting requirements
• Manage transformation governance, milestones, and benefits tracking

Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with CFOs, finance leadership, and cross-functional teams
• Prepare executive presentations, business cases, and progress updates
• Coordinate with external consultants and shared service teams

Change Management

• Drive adoption of new finance processes and systems
• Conduct training, communication, and change enablement initiatives
