About the Role.

We are seeking a results-driven Project Finance Manager to lead the financial structuring, viability assessment, and funding strategy of our variousroof top solar and projects. This role demands strong analytical and execution skills to assess project economics, optimize financing models (RESCO, CAPEX), Strong grasp of financial instruments, PPA structures, and regulatory frameworks and coordinate with banks, investors, and internal stakeholders to ensure financially sustainable delivery. As a pivotal team member, you will contribute for ensuring timely financial closures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed financial models, including IRR, DSCR, cash flow, and sensitivity analysis for RESCO/CAPEX projects.
• Prepare DPRs, loan applications, and cost-to-completion forecasts
• Structure project finance deals including debt-equity mix, repayment plans, and PPA-linked models.
• Conduct feasibility studies and prepare bankable DPRs (Detailed Project Reports).
• Coordinate with lenders, NBFCs, and investors to secure funding and manage financial due diligence.
• Track fund utilization, disbursement schedules, and cost-to-completion reports for ongoing projects.
• Work with technical and legal teams to ensure financial terms align with project execution and contractual structures.
• Assess financial risks and recommend strategies for mitigation across project lifecycles.
