Responsibilities:

  • Own deal structuring, pricing approvals, and subscription setup to support enterprise and mid-market sales
  • Own customer invoice collections and partner with Sales/Finance to improve cash flow and reduce DSO
  • Configure complex, multi-year subscription and licensing deals in Chargebee
  • Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and RevOps to close deals fast without breaking compliance
  • Ensure billing accuracy, revenue alignment, and smooth order-to-cash workflows
  • Translate financial concepts into clear insights for non-finance stakeholders
  • Maintain governance around contract terms, renewals, SLAs, and revenue recognition


Requirements:

  • 35 years in Deal Desk, Sales Ops, RevOps, Finance Ops, or Order Management within B2B SaaS
  • 2+ years of hands-on Chargebee expertise (plans, pricing, CPQ, billing workflows, reporting)
  • Strong experience supporting enterprise or mid-market SaaS sales teams
  • Proven track record handling complex, multi-year subscription deals
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets financial modeling skills
  • Solid understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, CAC, LTV) and ASC 606 revenue principles
  • Experience with Salesforce (preferred) and CPQ tools
  • Familiarity with US recurring billing compliance and auto-renewal regulations
  • Commercial contract awareness (renewals, liability caps, SLAs, data rights)
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working cross-functionally
