Job Description
What you'll do
- Invoicing, collections, and payment follow-ups
- Payroll, and vendor payouts lifecycle
- Contracts, agreements, and compliance documentation
- CRM and accounting data maintenance
- Employee admin offer letters, leaves, reimbursements
- Vendor management and software subscription renewals
- Coordination with external CA for filings and compliance
Must-Haves
- B.Com/M.Com or MBA or similar role. (Finance/Ops)
- 1+ years in a startup / mid sized org where you were the key ops person
- Strong Excel pivot tables, lookups, building trackers from scratch, not just filling templates
- Worked with any invoicing/accounting tool Zoho, Tally, QuickBooks, anything
- Comfortable making finance related connects to clients
- Detail-oriented and organized enough to manage multiple parallel workstreams
Good-to-Haves
- Working knowledge of GST/TDS for businesses
- Exposure to contract staffing compliance (PF, ESIC basics)
- Experience with CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
- Comfortable using AI tools in daily work
- Prior experience in recruitment domain
Budget: Rs 3,00,000 - Rs 4,80,000
