This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager, based in Gurugram. The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Key responsibilities include managing financial planning, analyzing fiscal performance, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing strategic recommendations to optimize company resources. The role will involve collaboration with various teams to support business decisions and ensure the company's financial stability and growth.

• Strong expertise in Financial Analysis, Financial Planning, and Budgeting
• Proficiency in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Compliance
• Knowledge of Financial Management, Cash Flow Management, and Forecasting
• Project Management and Strategic Planning skills
• Experience in using financial software and tools, such as ERP systems or advanced Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA in finance is a plus
• Prior experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a global or high-tech organization
