Job Title:Finance Manager

Role Summary

The Finance Manager will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, financial controls, and management reporting across, funds, and investment activities. The role will work closely with leadership to provide accurate financial insights, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

-Budgeting & Financial Planning

-Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and rolling financial plans

-Track actuals vs budget and analyze variances with actionable insights

-Support leadership in cost optimization and resource allocation

-Develop scenario-based forecasts aligned with strategic goals

MIS & Management Reporting

-Design and manage robust MIS frameworks for management and investors

-Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial dashboards

-Present clear financial summaries to senior management and board

-Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent reporting across entities

Financial Control & Compliance

-Ensure adherence to internal financial controls and processes

-Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory advisors

-Manage statutory compliances including GST, TDS, ROC, and income tax

-Oversee accounting closure processes and ensure accuracy of books

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

-Monitor cash flows, working capital, and fund utilization

-Manage banking relationships, payments, and approvals

-Ensure optimal cash planning across operational and investment activities

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Support

-Work closely with investment, legal, and operations teams

-Support fund reporting, expense tracking, and investor information

-Assist in process improvement, automation, and system upgrades
