Job Description
Position: Assistant Manager Finance (FP&A)
Location: Mumbai
Industry: Retail
Budegt: 10 to 12 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive annual budgeting, financial forecasting, and strategic planning for the business.
- Lead monthly performance reporting, variance analysis, and provide commercial insights for P&L management.
- Support leadership with financial modelling, business case analysis, and decision-making insights.
- Act as the single point of contact for commercial finance, partnering with business heads and cross-functional teams.
- Prepare and present financial analysis and performance insights to senior leadership.
Candidate Requirements:
- CA Inter / MBA with 2+ years of FP&A experience.
- Experience in Retail / Fashion / FMCG industry preferred.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with focus on continuous improvement.
