A leading Food Industry brand based in Gurugram is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Finance Manager to strengthen its finance function and support strategic growth initiatives. The role requires strong expertise in treasury management, financial planning, and business structuring, with the ability to partner closely with leadership.

Role Overview

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing treasury operations, driving business planning and financial modeling, and supporting strategic financial decisions. The role involves close collaboration with senior leadership to ensure robust financial structuring, forecasting accuracy, and sustainable growth planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Treasury Management, including fund flow planning, banking relationships, and working capital optimization.
• Prepare and manage CMA data projections for banks and financial institutions.
• Develop detailed financial models to support business expansion, investment decisions, and scenario planning.
• Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support leadership in business planning and strategic financial decision-making.
• Assist in IPO readiness, financial structuring, and investor presentations (preferred exposure).
• Ensure financial discipline, compliance, and effective internal controls.
• Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and financial institutions as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 812+ years of experience in Finance, Treasury, or Financial Planning roles.
• Strong hands-on experience in Treasury & CMA projections.
• Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and business planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to IPO processes, business plan preparation, and financial structuring is an added advantage.
• CA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
