Finance Manager

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) who will play a key role in managing and strengthening the companys financial processes. The ideal candidate will oversee accounting operations, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and internal controls, while also contributing to building robust financial systems for a growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping

Manage end-to-end accounting operations including ledger maintenance and book closing

Ensure accurate financial records and documentation

Oversee monthly and annual financial closing

Taxation & Compliance

Handle GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, and reconciliations

Manage TDS, Direct Tax, and Advance Tax compliance

Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and regulatory requirements

Reconciliation & Financial Control

Perform bank reconciliations

Reconcile e-commerce platforms, vendors, and customer accounts

Maintain strong internal financial controls

Financial Reporting & Analysis

Prepare MIS reports, including:

Profit & Loss statements

Cash Flow statements

Budget vs Actual analysis

Provide insights to support financial planning and decision-making

Audit & Process Improvement

Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors

Develop and implement finance SOPs and process improvements

Strengthen the companys financial governance framework

Qualifications & Experience:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory 5+ years of post-qualification experience Strong knowledge of GST, Direct Tax, and statutory compliance Proficiency in Tally and accounting systems Experience in reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit coordination
