Role Summary

We are seeking a qualified finance professional to manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations for a growing organization. The role requires hands-on ownership of accounting, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and financial controls in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Finance and Accounting

• Manage complete accounting operations including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
• Oversee bookkeeping, journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial records

Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports and financial statements
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and working capital
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Statutory Compliance

• Manage GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliances
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements

Business Finance

• Support management with financial analysis and decision-making
• Drive cost control initiatives and process improvements
• Establish and strengthen internal controls and financial processes

Qualifications and Experience

• CA (Inter) / CMA (Inter) / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
• 47 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles
• Prior experience in startups or high-growth organizations preferred
• Strong working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, or similar ERP systems
• Sound understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting
