Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the advertising agency, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor management, and contracts. The role also involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations and driving financial planning and analysis. Strong communication, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of financial management principles are essential to support the agency's business objectives.

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with account management teams to support financial decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, investments, and financial risk management.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage audits, liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to streamline payment processes and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
• Implement cost-control measures and improve financial efficiencies in campaign budgeting and overhead costs.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Masters or CPA/CFA preferred).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in an advertising agency or media company.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
