Role Overview

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (02 years of experience) to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should preferably have experience in a lending, NBFC, or fintech environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth setup.

Employment Type: Full Time/ Work from office

Required Experience: 0-2 years

Reporting: Co-founder & CFO

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and management reports
• Work closely with lending/NBFC partners for reconciliation and settlements
• Support statutory audit, internal audit, and tax compliance (GST, TDS, etc.)
• Ensure strong financial controls and process compliance

Eligibility Criteria

• Chartered Accountant (CA) 0 to 2 years post-qualification experience
• Preferably from lending, NBFC, fintech, or financial services background
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial controls
• Proficient in Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
