Role Overview
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (02 years of experience) to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should preferably have experience in a lending, NBFC, or fintech environment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth setup.

Reporting: Co-founder & CFO
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS, financial statements, and management reports
- Work closely with lending/NBFC partners for reconciliation and settlements
- Support statutory audit, internal audit, and tax compliance (GST, TDS, etc.)
- Ensure strong financial controls and process compliance
Eligibility Criteria
- Chartered Accountant (CA) 0 to 2 years post-qualification experience
- Preferably from lending, NBFC, fintech, or financial services background
- Strong understanding of accounting standards and financial controls
- Proficient in Excel
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
