Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the company.The candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and reporting while leading a team of 45 executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the company
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements
- Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Monitor project-wise cost tracking and profitability analysis
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and vendor payments
- Supervise and guide a team of 45 finance executives
- Implement financial controls and improve internal processes
- Support management with financial insights for business decisions
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- CA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or relevant qualification
- 510 years of experience, preferably in real estate or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial reporting
- Experience in team handling
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
