Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the company.The candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and reporting while leading a team of 45 executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the company
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow statements
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Monitor project-wise cost tracking and profitability analysis
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and vendor payments
• Supervise and guide a team of 45 finance executives
• Implement financial controls and improve internal processes
• Support management with financial insights for business decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• CA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or relevant qualification
• 510 years of experience, preferably in real estate or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial reporting
• Experience in team handling
• Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
