Role Preview:

The Finance Manager will play a critical role in strengthening Pinacas financial governance and supporting strategic decision-making. This role involves overseeing end-to-end finance operations, ensuring statutory compliance, managing audits and cash flows, and partnering closely with leadership to support growth in a high-impact AI-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial management and statutory reporting

Accounting and compliance (GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.)

Budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting

Audit coordination and internal controls

Treasury, banking, and cash flow management

Tax planning and handling statutory notices

Strategic financial support to management

Team leadership and cross-functional coordination
