Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager based in Bengaluru. The Manager Finance will be responsible for managing OM Bhaktis end-to-end financial operations, controls, reporting, compliance, and working capital efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role critical to scaling a high-growth FMCG business profitably.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

• Track revenue, margins, channel-wise profitability (GT, MT, D2C, Q-commerce).
• Support management with data-driven insights for pricing, promotions, and expansion.

2. Accounting & Financial Control

• Ensure accurate books of accounts (Tally / ERP).
• Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

3. Working Capital & Cash Flow Management

• Monitor receivables, payables, inventory days, and cash cycles.
• Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts.

4. Taxation & Compliance

• Handle GST filings, reconciliations, and notices.
• Ensure compliance with Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and statutory requirements.

Education

• CA / MBA (Finance)
• Commerce graduates with strong FMCG experience may be considered

Experience

• 58 years of finance experience in FMCG / D2C / Consumer Goods
• Strong knowledge of GST, costing, inventory accounting
