Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented finance professional with 610 years of experience across FP&A, Financial Controlling, Auditing, MIS Reporting, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable . The ideal candidate is a CA (First Attempt) with strong expertise in end-to-end financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and financial analytics. The role requires hands-on experience working with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) to drive financial accuracy, efficiency, and business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial modelling activities.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Prepare detailed MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
Financial Controlling
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.
- Ensure strong cost control, budget adherence, and financial discipline across functions.
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Review AP/AR processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to defined SLAs.
- Monitor aging analysis, resolve discrepancies, and support cash-flow management.
Audit & Compliance
- Conduct internal audits, process reviews, and compliance checks.
- Drive adherence to financial policies, risk management frameworks, and statutory requirements.
Reporting & Insights
- Deliver insightful financial analysis to support management in strategic planning and decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports.
Systems & Tools
- Work extensively on ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) for transaction processing and financial reporting.
- Use BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) for data analytics, dashboarding, and performance monitoring.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve financial processes.
- Identify automation opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- CA (First Attempt) Mandatory.
- 610 years of strong experience across FP&A, Controlling, AP/AR, Auditing, and MIS Reporting.
- Expertise in financial modelling, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles, financial governance, and internal controls.
- Hands-on experience with SAP/Oracle and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau ).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven, and collaborative environment.
