Finance Manager

We are seeking a proactive Manager Finance & Accounts to manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting for internal company accounts. The role involves hands-on ownership of accounting, timely closures, compliance, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end finance and accounting activities for internal company accounts
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations , including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, accruals, and provisions
• Ensure timely month-end and quarter-end closures with high accuracy
• Prepare, review, and analyze MIS and financial reports
• Perform and review balance sheet and bank reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory, and tax requirements
• Support and coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits
• Partner with cross-functional teams for expense booking and cost control
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives
• Guide and review work of junior team members, as required

Qualifications & Experience

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA India) preferred
• 48 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts
• Experience handling internal / corporate accounts is preferred
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and compliance requirements
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
