Finance Manager – Investment Banking

Job Title: Finance Manager Investment Banking from Real Estate/Retail Sector

Location: Hyderabad (Nanakramguda)

Role Purpose

The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing investment banking activities, fund raising, financial structuring, and strategic finance for Ridhira Groups retail, mixed-use, and real estate developments. The role requires a Chartered Accountant with hands-on investment banking experience exclusively in Retail and Real Estate sectors, capable of supporting growth through capital optimization, investor engagement, and robust financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

Investment Banking & Fund Raising

• Lead equity, debt, structured finance, and private equity fund raising for real estate and retail assets.
• Prepare investment teasers, pitch decks, IMs, financial models, and valuation reports.
• Liaise with investment banks, PE funds, NBFCs, lenders, and family offices.
• Support JV structuring, SPV formations, term sheet negotiations, and deal closures.
• Manage end-to-end transaction execution and financial due diligence.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Develop project-level and portfolio-level financial models for retail malls, commercial assets, villas, and mixed-use projects.
• Conduct IRR, NPV, sensitivity, cash flow, and scenario analysis.
• Support land acquisition feasibility and retail leasing economics.
• Monitor project budgets, cost controls, and funding utilization.

Strategic Finance & Commercial Support

• Partner with leadership on capital allocation, pricing strategy, and ROI optimization.
• Support retail leasing strategy from a financial viability perspective.
• Analyze market trends, funding structures, and investor expectations in real estate.

Governance, Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, RBI, FEMA, and tax regulations.
• Prepare board-level MIS, investor reports, and lender presentations.
• Coordinate with auditors, legal advisors, and consultants during transactions.
• Maintain strong internal controls and financial discipline.

Key Requirements

Education & Qualification

• Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
• Additional certification in Investment Banking / Financial Modeling is a plus

Experience

• 610 years of post-qualification experience
• Mandatory Investment Banking / Fund Raise experience ONLY in Retail & Real Estate sectors
• Exposure to:
• Real estate PE transactions
• Retail/commercial asset funding
• Structured debt & equity deals
• Candidates from manufacturing, IT, FMCG, or non-real estate sectors will not be considered
