Finance Manager- Inventory

We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our stock management operations. The ideal candidate will oversee all inflow/outflow movements, ensure data accuracy across Uniware & Zoho, and play a key role in forecasting and cash-flow planning. The role also involves building and developing a strong inventory team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all stock inflows (CMO purchases, warehouse transfers, Amazon transfers) and outflows (sales & returns).
• Track expected inflows from CMOs based on orders raised by the Data/Planning team.
• Share weekly stock inflow forecasts with Finance for future cash-outflow planning.
• Ensure correct mapping of POs, GRNs, item codes & batch details in Uniware.
• Review Uniware vs Zoho inventory reconciliation and resolve mismatches.
• Coordinate with the AP team for GRN-based invoice bookings.
• Review product costing, landed cost accuracy, and valuation reports.
• Oversee stock adjustments, write-offs, and ensure proper approvals as per SOPs.
• Maintain strong controls and ensure adherence to all inventory-related SOPs.
