Role Overview

The Finance Manager will oversee all aspects of financial operations, statutory compliance, and strategic planning. This position requires a hands-on professional with deep expertise in accounting, taxation, and compliance, coupled with leadership potential to grow into a strategic financial leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure PF compliance, filing, and related statutory documentation in line with government norms.
• Manage salary processing and upload activities , ensuring accuracy and timely disbursals.
• Oversee all statutory and internal compliance functions , including audits, financial controls, and reporting.
• Handle SEZ-related activities , including coordination with authorities, documentation, and compliance.
• Manage GST, Income Tax, and other tax filings , ensuring timely submission and adherence to regulations.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning .
• Support monthly and annual financial statements , MIS reports, and board reporting requirements.
• Implement financial systems, record-keeping, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and transparency.
• Work closely with leadership, on financial strategy, investor reporting,business growth planning , cost restructuring from time to time.
• Handle Capital structure, risk Management, cashflow , Audit and Technology processes.
• Act as a key advisor to the CEO on all the financial matters.

Qualifications & Skills

• Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or CA / CMA /ACSpreferred .
• 810 years of proven experience in finance, accounts, and compliance functions.
• In-depth knowledge of PF, statutory compliance, SEZ, GST, and taxation frameworks .
• Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Visionary mindset with the ability to scale into a CFO leadership role .
