KRA:-

1. Compiling actionable Financial Analysis of business performance against plan and previous year.
2. ABP & SBP Financial Planning
3. Compliance for Management Enterprise Risk Management on quarterly basis (Organizational Imperatives)
4. Financial Accounting and reconciliations.
5. Internal & External Audit Financial Audit Compliance.

Job Description:-

1

a. The job entails excel based reports on detailed financial analysis for all Lines of Business within SSD (including profitability, break-even analysis, variable and fixed cost management, Free cash flows, RoCE).

b. Executing month closure processes

(provision for expenses, POC for

project business)

c. Drive DEPM implementation for SSD.

• Structuring LOBs in DEPM module.
• Designing template for detailed and summarized P&L.
• Compiled apportionment master module
• Templates for manual inputs
• Macros inbuilt to run apportionment in 1 click
• User Acceptance test
• Go live
• Perform live uploads for FY 24-25 & ABP + Actuals for FY 25-26 (monthly)
• Roll out to DMC wef April 26.
• For next FY (26-27), focusing on developing monthly early estimate report in DEPM.

2. Attending LOB wise pre ABP meet to understand business dynamics for compiling ABP/SBP financials

• Compiling competitors financials for benchmarking exercise.
• Compiling final presentations for top management review (including sensitivity analysis for commodities and foreign exchange)

3. Enterprise Risk management at Division Level.

Risk profile for SSD originates at DMC. Incumbent to attend ABP discussions on ERM in Dec/Jan to understand risk profile for all LOB.

• Documenting the risk in predefined template (Risk statement, Risk events, Risk Classifications, Key Risk Indicators, Mitigation plan, Key Performance indicators) and uploading in LERMS at year start.
• Quarterly review of Risk profile to ascertain the occurrence of risk at DMC meet and coordinating compilation and submission of response in LERMS.

a. Accounting & Reconciliation of Fixed Assets (shopfloor & Office), including co-ordination of physical verification on Yearly basis.

b. Monthly Reconciliation of Accounts identified in Blackline Module in co-ordination with corporate finance.

c. Verifying & processing payments Credit Notes for Distributors (ATD schemes), SIS (employees).

5. Assisting SSD team in resolving audit observations raised by internal and external auditors on

regular basis.
