Finance Manager - Hyderabad Location

Position Overview

Foodlink F&B Holdings seeks a dynamic Finance Manager for our Hyderabad operations. Reporting to the Regional Finance Head, you will oversee financial planning, reporting, compliance, and cost control to support profitable growth in hospitality, banqueting, and restaurant divisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting (AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations) and prepare accurate monthly/quarterly financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow forecasts.
• Develop annual budgets, variance analysis, and financial forecasts; identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize working capital.
• Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF/ESIC), timely audits, and liaison with banks, auditors, and tax authorities.
• Monitor revenue from F&B outlets, banqueting events, and inventory; control costs and support pricing strategies for profitability.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and HR teams on financial insights, capex approvals, and expense management.
• Oversee ERP systems (Tally/Zoho), internal controls, and team of 2-3 accountants; drive process improvements.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis for management decisions and risk mitigation.

Qualifications & Experience

• CA/ICWA/MBA Finance with 8+ years in hospitality/F&B/retail; 3+ years in managerial role (Hyderabad preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GST, Indian GAAP/IndAS, and hospitality financial metrics.
• Proficiency in Tally/ERP, advanced Excel; analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to thrive in fast-paced F&B environment.
