Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time hybrid role based in Jaipur for a Finance Manager / Financial Planner. The role involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. The Finance Manager / Financial Planner will develop financial strategies, manage financial risks, and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The role also includes preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and providing insights to support decision-making. Some work from home is acceptable.

Who you are:

-8 years of finance experience in D2C, retail, e-commerce, or consumer brands

-Solid grounding in financial modelling, forecasting, and data analysis

-Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel (advanced formulas, dashboards)

-Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CAC, ROI, ROAS) preferred

-Detail-oriented but also strategic you care about the story behind the numbers

-Comfortable working with a creative founder and a small, dynamic team
