Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and result-oriented Finance Manager for a full-time, on-site role located at our Ahmedabad office (Only Ahmedabad candidates apply). As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the companys overall financial operations, managing cash flow, controlling expenses, and driving profitability through effective P&L management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage cash flow planning and monitoring
• Take ownership of P&L management and profitability analysis
• Monitor and control operational and financial expenses
• Prepare and present monthly financial reports and MIS
• Develop and manage budgets and financial forecasts
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory regulations
• Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions
• Identify cost-saving and profit-maximization opportunities
• Implement financial systems, controls, and processes
• Support management in strategic financial decision-making

Required Skills

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2-5+ years of relevant experience in finance management
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation
• Experience handling end-to-end finance independently
• Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems / Advanced Excel
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to work directly with leadership
