Finance Manager

Job Title: Deputy Manager / Manager Finance

Location: Kolkata (Head Office)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and analytically strong finance professional to support strategic business initiatives, project evaluation, and financial planning activities. The role will be instrumental in financial modelling, project finance coordination, and investment analysis across real estate and related sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in evaluation of new business opportunities.
• Prepare financial feasibility models covering CAPEX, revenues, costs, cash flows and perform IRR, NPV, DSCR, payback, break-even, sensitivity, and scenario analysis.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and FIs for project and construction finance.
• Assist in JV, PE, strategic partnership, and management contract evaluations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and performance tracking against return benchmarks.
• Review commercial contracts (leases, revenue share, hotel management agreements, club memberships etc.).
• Support audits, lender compliance, and internal governance processes.
• Prepare investment notes and management presentations.

Key Skills:

• Financial modelling, project finance & real estate feasibility
• Knowledge of Indian tax & regulatory frameworks
• Advanced Excel; exposure to MIS/ERP tools, Power BI, AI tools

Qualifications & Experience:

• CA Inter / CMA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institute
• 4-5 years experience in real estate, infrastructure, hospitality finance, or project finance
• Experience with banks, NBFCs, Investment Banking, Credit Rating, PE-backed platforms, or large developers preferred
