Role Overview

Manager / Senior Manager (Finance & Accounts) will be responsible for overseeing core accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage treasury operations and statutory requirements. Prior experience in Institutional Broking and Investment Banking is highly preferred.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage daily billing and collections for various products.
• Process accounts receivable and payable; prepare MIS reports.
• Ensure accurate data entry and timely reconciliations.
• Handle GST filing, TDS reconciliation, and compliance.
• File and analyze GST and TDS returns; issue 15CA & Form 16A.
• Reconcile TDS with Form 26AS.
• Perform bank reconciliations and coordinate with bankers for fund management.
• Oversee daily internal and external reporting.
• Support financial analysis and contribute to process optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

Graduate/Semi Qualified CA with prior experience in Corporate F&A role

Experience

710 years in Finance & Accounts, preferably in Institutional Broking and Investment Banking

Skills Required

• Proficiency in ERP systems (Microsoft Navision, Oracle, Dolphin).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical ability, team player, and self-starter.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
