Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, and MIS for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MIS preparation and analysis, budgeting, and financial controls. Prior experience in the hospitality industry will be an added advantage.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) including P&L, cash flow, variance analysis, and performance dashboards.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Monitor and control costs, margins, and operational expenses.
  • Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for audits and compliance.
  • Manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow efficiently.
  • Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and internal policies.
  • Support management with financial models, feasibility studies, and business decisions.
  • If from hospitality background, handle outlet-wise MIS, food cost, beverage cost, inventory, and revenue analysis.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in MIS reporting and financial analysis
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial controls
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and accounting software
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail


Qualifications & Experience

  • CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification
  • 10 15 years of relevant finance experience
  • Hands-on experience in MIS and management reporting is mandatory
  • Hospitality industry experience is a bonus

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
