Manager Finance (ICT/IWLZ)

Job Objective & Key Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliations for customer and vendor ledgers, and inter-company transactions.
• Review and verify supplier invoices in line with contractual agreements, and record entries in BOS.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, revenue statements, and reconcile income and expenditure reports.
• Oversee monthly billing
• Maintain and update financial data across systems such as Billing Software/ERP/Warehouse Management Software
• Ensure proper documentation and backup for all financial transactions.
• Assist auditors during financial audits and statement preparation.
• Timely submission of client invoices and follow-up for payment
• Assist in preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
• Ensuring Compliances related to the SPVs.
• Managing the team of accountant (s)
• Accurate and timely processing of Vendor Invoices and Payments
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager or department head.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and security standards in all financial operations.
• Report any incidents or violations that may impact safety, security, or company reputation.

Qualifications

• CA/MBA with 6 to 9 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in computer applications and financial systems.

Preferred Experience

• Solid understanding of accounting principles; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Exposure to the aviation industry is a plus.
